Collaborative: You have a flexible, open approach to work. You’re energized by trying new things – building on them if they work, or moving on to the next big idea if they don’t. You can run with a project on your own, but you also love working within a team to meet goals.
Proven: Yes, you love to roll up your sleeves and work in a new, uncertain environment. That said, you’re not unfamiliar with working in or with large organizations, leading projects to completion with your strong analytics skills. You have a bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field, and some experience with social media, preferably for a lifestyle brand.
Communicative: Peers, bosses and direct reports flock to you for your dynamism and clarity. Your crystal clear approach to communication is immediately recognized.
Data Driven: You’re not intimidated by diving into numbers, and making decisions informed by those insights. You have experience with analytics tools, and know how to use them to make your work even stronger.
Experimental: You know social media is constantly evolving – tomorrow’s big platform might not have even been invented today. You’re willing to try new things and figure out what works for the brand.
