The People en Español Sales Assistant will handle the daily administrative operations for the New York Ad Sales team. This is a unique entry-level opportunity for an enthusiastic, deadline-driven self starter who wants to be directly involved in all aspects of sales and marketing at an iconic brand leading the entertainment news category.
Provide administrative support for the sales team such as, travel and transportation arrangements, processing and managing T&E expenses, calendar management, scheduling meetings and answering phone calls
Prepare for and coordinate client meetings. Meeting preparation may include pulling issues; researching brand detail and client history; scheduling meeting time, location and reservations; preparing presentations
Conduct pre-sell client research, i.e. research information about the client’s products and advertising preferences
Assemble presentations and compile weekly revenue pipeline reports
Collaborate with internal marketing, operations and planning teams on client pre- and post-sale deliverables
Work on the top Red Carpet Events in the Hispanic Market such as: Los 50 Mas Bellos, 25 Mujeres Mas Poderosa and Festival
Assist in coordination of client and brand events
Communicate easily and clearly with multiple internal departments as well as agencies, clients and other external partners
