THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE TRAVEL BETWEEN OCALA/TAMPA, BUT CAN BE LOCATED IN EITHER LOCATION.
Conduct Employee training programs to include: Customer Service Classes (new hire, refresher, cross-training, etc.) and other employee development classes.
Document and maintaining training materials; including manuals, tutorials, instructional memos.
Brainstorm creative and implement new ideas to improve training sessions
Develop curriculum, classroom learning strategies and course objectives through effective planning
Have a flexibly schedule, as training classes will determine schedule.
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Assign, train, schedules or oversees the work of others.
The Ideal candidate will possess
Strong training and presentation skills
Ability to think outside the box and on your feet.
Excellent written and verbal skills
Previous experience teaching or leading training classes.
Strong knowledge of time management, Microsoft Office and Excel
A presentation will be required during the final interview.
