DEPARTURES is seeking a Marketing Assistant who will work with Integrated Marketing, Creative Services, Events and Research on marketing efforts from conception to completion to ensure marketing opportunities are optimized and can be supported with the proper execution. This position reports directly into the Executive Director, Marketing & Creative Services.
Assist the Executive Director, Marketing & Creative Services
Support marketing efforts with integrated marketing, events & research teams
Understand marketing process and manage deadlines
Complete administrative activities, including submitting expense reports and booking travel
Assist with the management of event logistics
