DEPARTURES is seeking a full-time Senior Manager, Brand Marketing. This hybrid role combines an expert in integrated marketing ideation and activation along with managing special projects and events. Other responsibilities of this role include the development of partnerships with cultural institutions and galleries. The position will report directly to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing.
Conceptualize, develop, write and execute integrated marketing programs and presentations that meet the objectives of endemic and non-endemic advertisers (e.g., customized programs, advertiser and/or signature brand events, added-value fulfillment, etc.)
Ideate and execute the management of in-book special sections with the art department and freelance writers/designers
Organize events for Card Members, clients and trade members
Maintain strategic partnerships with outside resources
Manage program budgets
Experienced: You bring a Bachelor's Degree and over six years of experience, preferably working in a consumer-facing media environment. You also ideally have two or more years of digital experience. Luxury brand experience is a plus. You bring sound knowledge of new and emerging media and are proficient in Microsoft Office and web development platforms. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
