Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an individual with strong project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple work streams and contributors on-track. You are able to easily pivot from project to project, and have a zealous attention to detail. With a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and approach, you will use your marketing skills to support the sales process for current and prospective clients, working primarily to put together pitches and presentations that take a digital advertising plan and turn it into a cohesive and well-woven strategic presentation – telling a story that starts with audience. You have already had experience utilizing syndicated research to highlight media solutions and work extremely well with others across teams.
You are a storyteller - utilizing recommended digital solutions from our Digital Planning Team to craft a vision for clients. You are comfortable and confident in asking questions and are key point of contact for sales associates and comfortable taking the lead to bring all the pieces together from a variety of teams for a tight and smart proposal.
Partner with digital planning team and sales team to create client-facing proposals and presentations.
Perform audience and category insights using syndicated research tools (MEMRI/GfK MRI, Nielsen PrimeLingo, comScore, etc.).
Project Ownership: Confident in seeing a project from beginning to end, being the last-touch project manager before going to client review.
3-5 years’ experience, minimum with focus on marketing and digital advertising and demonstrated exceptional project management skills.
Have worked with internal clients or external clients to interpret needs and objectives, with focus on delivering accurately.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in fast-paced environment
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills with a yen for attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability and skill in syndicated research tools and in interpreting raw research to tell a story about an audience (MEMRI/GfK MRI, Nielsen PrimeLingo, comScore, etc.) – a storyteller.
Natural curiosity and genuine interest in digital marketing and advertising.
