The Conference Assistant is responsible for all administrative functions for the Live Media division. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate and prioritize effectively, discretion and maturity, resourcefulness, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Assist the Senior Vice President with answering phones, scheduling, managing daily appointment calendars, and processing T&E expenses.
Handle department billing requests and other administrative duties.
Help with data entry and assisting the Executive Relations Manager on follow-up calls and emails.
Assist on-site for high level senior executive events.
Energetic, proactive, organized, detail oriented and a self-starter with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Able to think on your feet and have a successful track record of working quickly under pressure.
Someone who has no issues working with senior management and handling confidential information.
A candidate with excellent computer skills -- PC Windows, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency.
Available and open to traveling domestically and internationally.
