Experience: Show, don’t tell. When we invite you in for an interview, we’ll be able to understand your value – not in the amount of times you tell us about your love of media – but through tangible examples of the classes, events or workshops you have developed and led.
Flexibility: You thrive in unstructured environments where you’ll move quickly, work on multiple projects simultaneously and shift your focus frequently – all while still delivering on deadline.
An open mind: Like any effective creative, you aren’t afraid to “kill your darlings.” You aren’t married to projects and can quickly and enthusiastically adapt your approach if you notice your intention on a project isn’t matched in its effects.
Outgoing: You’re a gifted communicator able to energetically convey information – whether you’re in a one-on-one meeting or leading a presentation.
