Time Inc UK have an exciting opportunity to come and join a fast paced and busy sales team within the specialist brands of our portfolio. Working closely alongside some amazing people, you will get the opportunity to help assist in the growth of sales within such well known brands as Country Life, Cycling Weekly, Golf Monthly, World Soccer and Rugby World


Key Responsibilities


  • Inputting of advertisements as directed by the advertising manager
  • Sharing of sales leads from newspapers and competitive magazines for the sales team
  • Handling inter-department revenue paperwork
  • Chasing copy and confirmation of adverts
  • Processing account paperwork and liasing with finance
  • Producing call stat analysis for relevant teams
  • Handling telephone enquiries
  • Provide creative specifications to clients, agencies and sales teams
  • Build and manage internal relationships with the sales teams, digital teams and key clients
