Powered by a talented team of test kitchen professionals, stylists, and photographers, the Time Inc. Food Studios is the country’s premier creative hub, producing thousands of world class recipes, images and related content annually for Time Inc.’s print, cookbook, digital and social platforms.
The Prop Stylist will work with our existing in-house photo teams to prop-style front-of-book, back-of-book, and features shoots for our magazines, as well as shoots for our digital editions and social platforms. This requires an energetic, can-do attitude and a flair for color, style and tableware.
Work with the creative team on set planning and prepping for photoshoots
Source, pick up and return props; maintain and build our studio and in-house prop collection
Help track and plan the propping budget to ensure goals are met
Conduct regular research of styling trends through websites, blogs, and magazines
Experienced: You have 3-5 years’ experience as a prop stylist for food content, preferably for lifestyle brands.
