This Associate, Digital Order Management Operations job supports Time Inc.’s digital operations and while it works closely with the sales team, this is not a sales role. This role is an entry level role for those who have an interest in ad operations. The associate will be responsible for working within our order management system to review digital contracts related to business and finance/audit requirements and user support. This person will act as a digital contract expert on the Client Services Ad Operations team and requires strong decision making, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and interpersonal skills acting as a liaison between business units (account management, ad operations). This role works across brands and interacts with all categories.
Review and interpret digital contracts submitted to internal contract management system, Adfront
Set up new users and manage user profiles and dashboards
Partner with digital Sales Planners, AdOps and Finance to ensure compliance and business requirements related to digital contracts are met
Field questions regarding contracts, process, and Business Rules and serve as a Contract Management System expert
Stay up to date on company’s digital ad products and digital industry trends
Department admin support and involvement with ad hoc projects when needed
High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Clear communication and customer service skills
1+ year of digital advertising experience a plus
Agency or publisher experience highly preferred, but not required
Be able to prioritize and manage to fluctuating deadlines and workloads
