The Foundry is our in-house team of creatives and content generators responsible for delivering innovative marketing solutions in partnership with Time Inc. UK’s clients.

The Studio Manager is a critical part of the team, helping to make sure that briefs from clients are flagged to The Foundry teams and to manage the workflow around all pitch activity.

The role is part administrator, part coordinator, part scheduler and part all-knowing support person extraordinaire! Basically, you’ll be involved in everything. You’ll know everyone. You’ll keep track of everything we do and you’ll help us make sure everything gets done!

We know there aren’t many jobs out there that are quite like this so we don’t expect you to have direct experience. We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Exceptional organisational and IT skills
  • A friendly, outgoing and collaborative style of communication
  • The confidence to build relationships with CEO’s and Directors, clients and sales people
  • A genuine interest in media and advertising industry
