This position reports into the VP, Managing Director at Targeted Media Health, the dedicated point of care division of Meredith. Ideal candidate will have the ability to meet deadlines in an extremely fast paced environment by multi-tasking, prioritizing and utilizing crystal clear communication skills to manage six direct reports & varying business needs. Candidate must be highly motivated as well as possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and be able to problem solve. Previous work experience and passion for healthcare media and publishing is a plus.
Provide administrative support for the sales team such as, travel and transportation arrangements, processing and managing T&E expenses, calendar management, scheduling meetings and answering phone calls
Assist with campaign management (i.e. coordinate with Ad Operations, Production, Billing and Marketing).
Generate TMH sales contracts and pricing, based on received RFPs and insertion orders
Assist in coordinating client events & entertainment
Prepare and organize client meeting materials
Provide appropriate collateral (i.e. product samples) to clients/agencies and maintain collateral inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed collateral; placing and expediting orders for collateral, verifying receipt
Maintain filing system for all TMH materials (TMH vault and physical samples)
Develop effective, persuasive, and compelling multi-platform sales materials to help generate business
Provide research from syndicated sources in a digestible format, to position products and services in the smartest way and highlight competitive strengths
Generate bi-weekly sales activity and revenue reports
Reconcile and submit expense reports for management
Organize travel arrangements for senior managers
Provide general support to visitors (entering them into the system, greeting and assistance to visitors)
