The PEOPLE Sales Assistant will handle the daily administrative operations for the New York Ad Sales team. This is a unique entry-level opportunity for an enthusiastic, deadline-driven self starter who wants to be directly involved in all aspects of sales and marketing at an iconic brand leading the entertainment news category.
Provide administrative support for the sales team such as, travel and transportation arrangements, processing and managing T&E expenses, calendar management, scheduling meetings and answering phone calls
Prepare and organize client meeting materials
Conduct pre-sell client research, i.e. research information about the client’s products and advertising preferences
Assemble presentations and compile weekly revenue pipeline reports
Collaborate with internal marketing, operations and planning teams on client pre- and post-sale deliverables
Assist in coordination of client events
