Be ready to elevate MONEY video to the next level. This person will set a creative vision that aligns with our editorial mission and develop a strategy for executing it that includes plans for each major distribution platform.
Manage a small team of producers, editors and production assistants, with responsibility for hiring, training, and developing talent
Work closely with MONEY’s editor-in-chief, collaborate on projects with reporters and editors, and be a senior member of the editorial team
Experience and knowledge with setting up and conducting field shoots, including 3-point lighting, C100 operation (or a similar camera model) and best audio practices.
At least 2-3 years management experience.
Demonstrated understanding of social media distribution strategies and emerging platforms
Experience and knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.
