Position Summary: The Supervisor of Digital Ad Operations is ultimately responsible for assisting the Director of Digital Account Operations with managing the ad operations team and overseeing the successful execution and maintenance of MNI Digital’s online advertising campaigns.
Managing a team of ad operations coordinators to support them in the execution, troubleshooting and maintenance of digital campaigns.
Creating and implementing new procedures to streamline the digital campaign process.
Supporting and onboarding the sales team in regards to digital processes for campaigns.
Establish regular contact with clients to ensure their needs are met, communicate campaign progress, measure progress and proactively address issues and develop solutions.
Responsible for overall client satisfaction and communication.
Facilitate the communication, workflow, trafficking and quality assurance of all digital media campaigns .
Ensure that all accounts are managed in a timely fashion to meet campaign deadlines.
Test and traffic creative through third-party ad servers such as Conversant, DCM, etc.
Pull Quality Assurance reports to verify status once campaigns go live.
Proactively reach out to clients and sales reps to determine submission deadlines, manage assets and any needed revisions, etc.
Be available to the sales team for any general creative questions.
Facilitate calls between creative agencies and third-party creative developers.
Outstanding leadership skills suited to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Experience coaching and leading others and implementing procedures to streamline internal processes
Excellent interdepartmental coordination and cooperation skills
Willingness to go beyond the typical job requirements
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, timelines and details
Knowledge of online research methods, 3rd party research tools, and understanding of the facets of online advertising and ad metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Google Analytics and basic web-based protocols and communication tools
Related online management experience, agency / media experience preferred
