The job:

The Business Development Assistant will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting the Vice President of Video Business Development and General Manager of the People EW OTT Network. You will collaborate with an energetic and entrepreneurial team in a forward thinking environment.  You should be willing to tackle different tasks everyday with enthusiasm but not be afraid to ask for help when you need it. 

 

You will:

  • Handle administrative duties for the team, such as coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and running extensive calendar management
  • Monitor email and phone calls; coordinating issues when necessary
  • Work regularly with information that is highly confidential, strategic and critical in nature
  • Prepare extensively for meetings; creating agendas, setting up video conferences and scheduling conference rooms
  • Identify potential new video partners and growth opportunities for Time Inc.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, executives and internal teams
  • Research and propose potential digital marketing opportunities for Time Inc. video/OTT platforms
  • Take it upon yourself to learn about all aspects of the Time Inc. video department, from the on-camera talent to post-production editing
