MNI Targeted Media, the targeted Advertising division of Meredith Corporation, is looking for a can-do, proactive and seasoned marketer to join a high-performance marketing team. This position involves understanding of product positioning, the digital landscape, the magazine industry and media overall, as well as knowledge of and use of research tools to develop and maintain a robust portfolio of client-facing sales materials. You will work daily with a wide variety of constituents including field sales account executives, management, digital marketing, magazine operations and creative teams to ensure our products and solutions are clearly positioned and communicated optimally both externally as well as externally. You will also have a role in conceptualizing, developing and project managing lead generation and renewal campaigns in support of our product portfolio.

Manage an internal team of two, developing and grooming junior star talents. Work closely with and inspire Marketing Associate and Senior Research Analyst (remote) to develop their skills and encourage their professional development.
Develop go-to-market strategy, positioning and selling materials for new services and products, including digital product launches and enhancements.
Reinvigorate and be constantly on the lookout for sales enablement enhancements to materials when/where appropriate
Manage the continued development of, and annual updates for, our magazine portfolio of market maps as well as proprietary research portal.
Manage company’s B2B campaigns to prospects and clients.
A minimum of 8+ years experience in any combination of marketing, branding, communications, or sales support in an agency or client environment with strong familiarity with digital and print media sales/marketing. Agency account support experience preferred.
STELLAR project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Must be familiar with and understand the following 3rd party research tools:
Strong management and mentor skills including a collaborative approach to partnering with sales and internal departments.
This position requires a balance of strategic, tactical, and creative abilities; strong interpersonal and communication skills; the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and execute several projects simultaneously.
