The Associate Digital Editor will be responsible for creating content, managing freelance writers, and assisting in the development of editorial packages on TravelandLeisure.com. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about travel.
Pitch and write travel content that will resonate with our audience, whether on social, through search, or in newsletters.
Work with the Deputy Digital Editor to execute the editorial calendar.
Assign and edit stories from freelance writers.
Assist in development for editorial packages, including writing, editing, and producing content.
Publish stories in the CMS as needed.
A strong writer who is comfortable creating content on tight deadlines.
Able to manage all aspects of a project, from idea through execution.
Familiar with publishing content in a CMS.
Known for your keen sense of how to craft a story that’s tailored for a digital audience.
