 About the role

You will be working as part of the new audience development team and will be responsible for the search effectiveness of TrustedReviews, commercial content and potential new launches.


You will own the SEO process for Time Inc UK’s biggest site and categories. This role requires a proactive approach to spotting and driving improvements in search-based audience growth. Your will:

  • Drive the relentless focus on improving Trusted’s share of search week by week, especially in priority categories
  • Build new audiences in photography, deals, mobile phones, home technology
  • Identify and forecast the performance of new terms, influencing content planning
  • Refine and improve the daily SEO process and the team’s delivery of it
  • Help build Trusted’s domain strength and long tail search traffic
  • Deliver best SEO practice on and off-site
  • Benchmark and report on keyword performance vs targets proactively driving SEO improvement from the team

About you

This is an early career role that would suit a recent graduate with a data driven, numerical skill set. Some experience in a SEO or Search role is strongly preferred but not essential. The main requirements are: 

  • Strong planning, process and analytical skills - a data-led decision maker
  • Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Content rather than technical focus, but with strong understanding of what makes for good on page and off site SEO
  • Able to use a wide range of tools to determine areas of performance improvement, and the actions to take
  • Proactive and competitive - a creative problem solver who takes responsibility
  • Knowledge of / interest in consumer technology would be beneficial but not essential
