Role:

 

To exceed patch sales targets by canvassing new business, upselling existing business, cross selling into related products/brands and to develop strong business relationships. To drive revenue from long tail of business in line with the sales policy and objectives set by the Advertising sales Manager. To drive revenue growth in a demanding, target focused sales environment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain and service existing clients in patch on a regular basis to maximise revenue across both print and digital platforms
  • Canvass for new business to grow market and increase revenue and market share
  • Maximise the number of outgoing calls, and ensure that the optimum percentage of time is spent on the telephone to existing and new clients to maximise selling opportunities
  • Remain consistently aware of clients’ circumstances, business/market trends, sales propositions and key competitors to remain informed and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Utilise all available sales aids and marketing information to convert business across all relevant TI brands
  • Embody a high performance sales culture, leading by example
  • Maintain organised correspondence, filing and CRM records on SalesForce
  • Initiate ideas to help build marketplaces and develop features to enable TI UK to maintain our position as market leader
