Time Inc. Audio seeks a dynamic, passionate Head of Audio Content to manage a team of editors, producers and staff to create audio content (podcasts and emerging audio platforms) on behalf of a multitude of brands across categories. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience creating must listen to audio. This person will work at the direction of the Head of Programming (Video/Audio) while leading the charge on audio content strategy to create audio content to grow audiences.
Lead content strategy on the development of the audio content slate across audio platforms (including podcasts and Voice-Activated Devices, Digital Radio and new emerging audio platforms)
Manage production partners, staff and overall operation of audio content production
Work closely with audience development and engagement teams and sales on audio traffic goals and revenue targets
Work with video teams and executive producers to identify audio-video hybrid opportunities
Work with brand digital leads to identify how audio products can amplify their online presence
