Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and execution of account-based marketing programs and campaigns targeting TigerGraph's enterprise account segment. Collaborate closely with sales, product, sales operations, and customer teams for program development and delivery.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize demand generating marketing programs, including webinars, digital marketing initiatives, account-based marketing, event promotion, and follow-up campaigns to deliver high-quality leads to the revenue organization.
  • Lead reporting and analysis on marketing programs, ensuring alignment with goals and continuous optimization based on data-driven insights. Utilize data to inform and guide marketing programs and spending decisions.

Requirements:

  • Preferred educational background includes a Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in demand gen roles, with a track record of leading digital and demand generation programs, websites, and SEO.

 

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with the latest tools, technology, and best practices in web experience, CRM, data augmentation, and social media is crucial.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot, Salesforce.com, WordPress, or equivalent systems.
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively to identify target audiences and devise engaging communications that inform and motivate prospects.
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, including data privacy regulations, conversion funnel optimization, A/B testing approaches, and nurture/engagement stream development.
  • Demonstrates versatility as a leader, transitioning seamlessly from strategic planning to hands-on management and execution. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Must be a team player, adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment, with the ability to collaborate closely with multiple departments.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Redwood City, CA is $120,000 - $140,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. TigerGraph is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
