We’ve just crossed 50 employees, and growing fast!  We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can grow into a leadership role to help with our expansion. As part of this job, you’ll design and implement strategy and manage a full life cycle recruitment process from research, sourcing, screening candidates, interviewing, scheduling, managing candidate assessment through the offer, acceptance and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement recruitment strategy. Manage a full life-cycle recruitment process, from research, sourcing, screening candidate, interviewing, managing candidate assessment through the offer and acceptance, with both active and passive candidates
  • Source and recruit all open positions to include engineering, sales and marketing and G&A
  • Build a pipeline of targeted prospects for the company by developing relationships with candidates as a trusted advisor
  • Manage the logistics of candidate assessment, candidate presentation, and interviews. Work with key stakeholders on follow-up feedback, reference checking, preparing and making job offers
  • Draft and route offer letters
  • Leverage recruitment technology and social media campaigns and platforms. Represent the company as a “brand ambassador”
  • Work with recruiting partners and manage recruitment vendors to assure a seamless process for managers and candidates
  • Responsible for coordination of on-boarding and new hire orientation
  • Work with managers to develop job descriptions
  • Able to train work groups in interview techniques
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices
  • Implement Greenhouse to LinkedIn and Trinet
  • Process H1B visas and green card application

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field required
  • 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible Recruiting and Human Resources Generalist experience. Demonstrated success of sourcing and recruiting a variety of candidates, from entry level and up
  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team setting to accomplish business objectives
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Must be proactive, with the ability to deliver with a high level of customer service
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain effective, positive working relationships across all levels of staff
  • Proficiency in the use of applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse or similar), Outlook, and MS Office Suite applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
