WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Are you an intellectually curious and rigorous marketing analytics leader?  Do you seek to drive strategic priorities across marketing, product and sales based on keen data insights?  Are you a hands-on leader/manager who relishes the opportunity to create analytics infrastructure and measurement frameworks from scratch in a hyper growth environment?   Are you a proactive critical thinker with a bias for action?  Are you a growth hacker excited by discovering opportunities for conversion optimization?  If you answered yes to these questions then this role could be for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and drive significant quantitative insights that can directly drive revenue. 
  • Create and scale data infrastructure, reporting, visualization and tagging as required to measure marketing channel efficiency and effectiveness up and down the funnel.  
  • Evaluate and implement practical yet rigorous marketing attribution models. 
  • Create and evangelize rigorous data-driven culture of constant testing and optimization in all aspects of the marketing and sales funnels and customer journey.
  • Evaluate, help implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing technology (“martech”) solutions.

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • 5+ years of experience applying analytics, business intelligence or statistics in a marketing and/or sales context
  • Superb skills in critical thinking, ready to challenge conventional wisdom in constructive ways
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Amazon QuickSight
  • Strong communication skills to condense complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways that drive concrete action
  • Basic financial skills required to track, measure, and report on financial results of marketing 
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization, multivariate testing, email marketing optimization
  • Financial services or fintech industry experience
  • Experience working with overseas teams in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment
  • Ability to work in-office in one of our hubs: Boulder, CO, San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:

For Colorado Applicants: The expected starting salary range for this position in Colorado is between $120,000 - $160,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for incentive compensation as well as client acquisition bonus programs.
