TIER Mobility is Europe’s leading shared micro-mobility provider, with a mission to Change Mobility for Good. Recently we have closed a financial transaction to merge with Dott. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries. Following this closing, teams across TIER and Dott will be progressively integrated. There has never been a more exciting time to join this ride!
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER-Dott
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of legal agreements
- Support the Senior Legal Counsel in advising the business on legal risks related to day-by-day activities and new commercial initiatives
- Support in handling litigation in Southern Europe and Israel
- Support in corporate housekeeping for all legal entities in Europe. Coordinating with external counsels, accounting firms, and notaries
- Process improvement, including playing a key role in the company’s Contract Lifecycle management project
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A Master’s degree in Law earned no longer than 1 year ago
- You have practical experience in corporate law and contracts law gained in an organization or a law firm
- Available for 12 months full-time starting as soon as possible - Based in Italy
- Fluent in English and Italian. Being fluent in Spanish or Hebrew is a plus
- Experienced user of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and speed
- Project management skills are a plus
- Good sense of humor
