As a Senior International CRM Manager Nordics/UK at TIER you will play a key role by conceptualizing, creating and improving our multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, with the main goal to onboard, retain and re-engage our riders in Nordics and UK. 

Being part of the CRM team (Product), you will be creating a bridge with local market teams and CRM team to ensure that localization is integrated into our automation and marketing campaigns to support lifecycle and monetization goals.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

  • Implement, manage and optimise communication strategies across email, push and in-app notifications in Braze.
  • Continuously bring new ideas and initiatives to improve our CRM communications in order to engage, retain and reactivate riders.
  • Coordinate campaign related activities with responsible stakeholders from local teams, including planning, segmentation and campaign evaluation.
  • Support monetisation goals through localized communications, analyzing and constantly improving performance of our campaigns.
  • Ensure we are using the latest technology and strategies to help achieve wider business goals using CRM.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have several years of experience working within CRM (B2B or B2C) from a tech, eCommerce or similar industry (experience with mobile app products preferred).
  • Experienced at concepting, delivering and optimising multi-channel, automated lifecycle at scale, with solid understanding of customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM tools such as Braze, CleverTap, Iterable, Leanplum and confidence working with data.
  • Eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish or Finnish. 
  • Ideally based in Berlin, London, Helsinki or Stockholm.
