TYPE OF ROLE: 1 year/determined; fully remote;

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

  • Be the primary project co-ordinator for TIER within the Cycling Made E-asy project. Responsible for the successful delivery of the project;
  • Represent TIER in external stakeholder meetings, partners and employers;
  • Liaise with operations to ensure delivery, maintenance and repair of the fleets of e-bikes;
  • Be prepared to be involved at all levels of the project; from senior representation in meetings to assisting with bike movements;
  • Ensure the deployment of local projects & initiatives;
  • Coordinate Cycling Made E-asy events in relation with external and internal stakeholders;
  • Prospect the market for potential partnerships in the cities together with regional managers;
  • Be a trustworthy partner for our current and future customers;
  • Manage / monitor the performance of our partners in the region;
  • Manage financial processes on the project level;
  • Maintain a high-profile Tier Mobility presence in the market place and create long-term relationships & partnerships;

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in one or more the following areas: sales, project management, accounting, business development;
  • Experience in start-ups or bike sharing systems will come as a plus;
  • Autonomous, proactive, and a creative thinker;
  • A relevant degree with good results and motivation to grow, preferably in the financial sector;
  • Experienced in data reporting tools, processes and overall data analysis;
  • Knowledge of data tools & visualisers (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets, Looker);
  • Interest in mobility, smart cities, sustainability solutions;
  • Enjoy working on fast-paced projects while having a keen eye for details and being a good planner;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Willingness to manage every aspect of the project end to end from e-bike collections (clean UK drivers license a benefit) to contract management;
  • UK driver's license preferred;
