TIER Mobility is Europe's leading shared micro-mobility provider, with a mission to Change Mobility for Good. By providing people with a range of shared, light electric vehicles, from e-scooters to e-bikes and e-mopeds, powered by a proprietary Energy Network, TIER helps cities reduce their dependence on cars.   • As our GM Germany you will lead our biggest and most important market Germany through the next phase of growth and development
  • You will lead a team of more than 700 employees serving millions of customers with mobility on soon more than 100.000 Scooters, eBikes and eMopeds in close to 100 cities
  • Create a strategic vision about how TIER can change mobility for good in our cities in Germany together with TIER’s leadership, marketing, public policy, operations and city teams and than execute it over the next years
  • Lead the company on its way as a frontrunner within the TIER Group on its path to long term profitability
  • Design and implement measures to improve efficiency, margins and profitability in our operations
  • Take our business to the next level when it comes to customer satisfaction, service quality and availability, profitability, public perception and brand awareness
  • React to crisis situations and act as a spokesperson towards majors, press and partner organisations
  • Shape and oversee the consolidation of our operations teams and processes of TIER and NextBike over the next years to release synergies and efficiencies



  • Proven success in a leadership role of comparable size and responsibility in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ideally you have a background in mobility, transport, operations, sustainability or public policy
  • Excellent people skills to lead our diverse team in different areas such as City Partnerships, Business Development, Maintenance and Repair and Operations to top performance
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to understand and leverage data to make decisions as well as excellent presentation skills
  • You confidently act as a spokesperson for TIER towards senior city officials, press, public organisations and also excite our internal teams
  • Strong identification with our mission of changing mobility for good and developing sustainable cities
