Maintenance and Repair Manager, Full-time

Are you up to the challenge of keeping our fleet of e-Scooters in the best condition possible and ensuring our riders have a best in class micro-mobility experience?

We are recruiting for a Maintenance and Repair Manager to lead the team in Tampere. The M&R Manager’s responsibilities are to manage mechanics and ensure our scooters are repaired quickly, efficiently, and to the highest standard possible. The M&R Manager will also work closely with various teams across the company to ensure we maximize the use of our scooters and provide excellent service to our customers. To take on this role in full force, we are hoping you:

  • Are a strong and proven leader 
  • Can learn quickly how our business operates and what it means to be successful
  • Have experience related to industrial management/ supervision and/or warehouse or logistics processes and management
  • Have experience with basic KPIs and can develop strategies to meet high-level targets
  • Are ready to be hands on, learn how our scooters work, and find innovative solutions to both simple and complex problems
  • Will take full ownership of the work stream and can make strong decisions autonomously
  • Have experience recruiting and training new team members
  • Are able to communicate fluently in English
  • Are comfortable working in excel/ sheets and can learn our digital tools and applications
  • Are ready for the challenge of working in a high-paced environment and start-up culture
