THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

  • Develop and bring to life company-wide diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives based on research, your own experience and creativity. 
  • Creating, sponsoring and driving employee engagement/involvement programs (e.g. ERGs, forums, peer groups, etc.)
  • Partner with other People teams to ensure all our initiatives and processes have an inclusive approach (e.g. internal communication, employer branding, talent acquisition, people development, rewards, etc.)
  • Define, own and track DEI metrics and generate reporting both internally and externally. 
  • Developing and rolling out training and development programs that foster an inclusive culture in the organisation.
  • Own and further develop programs that foster a safe and healthy organisation (e.g. safe spaces, appropriate behavior at work, speaking up, etc.) 
  • Define and drive the involvement of the company in external DEI related initiatives (e.g. conferences, forums, events, etc.)

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, fast-pace organisation
  • Good understanding and awareness of diversity, equity and inclusion topics and best practices. 
  • Empathetic and solution oriented mindset, and an appetite for continual progression and improvement of our practices.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills that allow you to work across all levels of the organization
  • Eager to challenge the status quo and dive into new topics.
  • Enjoy working in a face-paced, continuously growing and changing organization.
  • Open to travel in Europe on occasion
  • Fluent English, additional language is a plus
