  • You are the HR Business Partner for all HR topics for in a business unit
  • You will be the first point of contact for the business and provide advice/coach our senior management in all people related topics
  • You will build and take ownership of the business partnering processes and constantly improve ways of working, ensuring efficiency in how the team operates
  • You will closely work with the rest of the People organisation to contribute and shape team projects
  • You will drive a solution orientated approach with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
  • You maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees (partner with legal department as needed)
  • You ensure that the team input quality data to our systems and prepare accurate payroll on a monthly basis with the provider
  • You ensure requests via our ticketing system are addressed and build SLAs to enable business


  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, fast-pace organisation
  • Expertise in labour law and administrative People topics is a plus
  • Passion for people and always strive for excellence, with the energy for the extra mile in the interest of your teams and our business
  • Getting things done mentality and passion for people
  • Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills that allow you to work across all levels of the organization
  • Eager to dive into new topics and work in a face paced, continuously growing organization
  • Empathetic, quality and solution orientated are words that describe your approach to work
  • Open to travel in Europe on occasion
  • Fluent English, additional language is a plus
  • Degree in Economics, Psychology, Social Studies, or other related fields of study preferred
