THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

  • As Director Partner Care, you will continuously develop the Partner Care processes for our B2B partners, build structures, and continuously strive to provide our partners with the best possible standard of quality and competence in solving their issues.
  • You independently develop suitable measures for long-term partner loyalty
  • You measurably increase the satisfaction of our partners and successfully prevent them from churning.
  • You develop stable team structures in the Partner Care Team
  • You constantly optimize the performance of your team and plan the headcount with foresight
  • You support your team, develop the employees and recognize potentials, which you use specifically to achieve your team’s goals
  • You develop smart KPIs and implement them successfully with your team
  • You monitor the various internal and external communication channels/contact points of Partner Care to ensure a seamless flow of information at all times
  • You initiate new projects and are responsible for redesigning existing Partner Care processes and, if necessary, the tool landscape
  • You keep the reporting up to date and report directly to management

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a university degree or an education in business or sales or a comparable degree
  • You have 8 years of professional experience in customer service or sales, you have at least 4 years of management experience and you have already grown with a company
  • You are analytical, can think entrepreneurially and prefer to see the whole picture before making decisions.
  • You have a very high level of initiative, a can-do mentality, a proactive way of working and value contact with people
  • You are resilient, motivated, responsible and distinguish yourself through your empathy and integrity
  • You have a confident manner, are good at negotiating and demonstrate a high level of customer and service orientation
  • You are business fluent in English, other European languages are a plus
