About the team 

Employer Brand is a new central team reporting to the broader Talent function. The primary goal of the team is to build, improve and deploy Tide’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across our key markets and attraction channels, positioning Tide as an employer of choice. 

About the role 

As Global Employer Brand Lead you will: 

  • Craft a distinctive EVP that aligns with our corporate mission and values. Articulate this proposition through impactful messaging that resonates with diverse, global talent pools.
  • Design and execute innovative, multi-channel employer branding campaigns that effectively communicate Tide’s culture, mission, and the opportunities we provide. Track and measure the impact of these campaigns to continuously improve our approach.
  • Oversee the production of engaging, authentic content that showcases Tide’s unique work environment, employee stories, and career opportunities. Ensure content is tailored to the nuances of different regional markets.
  • Align employer branding initiatives with recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to embed the EVP into the recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Strategically design and execute recruiting events to enhance the organisation's image, attract top talent, and align the events with the overarching goals of the company's brand and values.
  • Utilise social media platforms to enhance our employer brand's visibility and engagement. Create and curate content that sparks conversations and builds community among current and prospective employees.
  • Partner with HR, Marketing, Communications, and Business leaders to ensure employer brand consistency and to leverage their insights for brand initiatives. Engage with employees at all levels to embed the employer brand into our company’s DNA.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and best practices in employer branding to ensure Tide remains ahead of the curve. Implement a continuous feedback loop to refine our strategies based on market data and employee insights.

What we are looking for

  • At least 10 years of experience in employer brand management, marketing, or related fields, preferably within the technology or fintech sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in building or significantly scaling an employer brand function within a global company.
  • Extensive experience in creating and managing successful, data-driven employer branding campaigns.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality, impactful content that engages a variety of audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media strategies and best practices for employer branding.
  • Experience in tailoring employer brand strategies to different cultural contexts, particularly in Europe & India.
