Internal Salesforce Admin/Developer
Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)
Job Summary:

Exciting news – Thunder is expanding its horizons, and we are seeking a talented and versatile Internal Salesforce Administrator / Developer who combines the skills of a Developer, Business Analyst, and Administrator, to join our newly formed, dynamic team in the Philippines. This hybrid role demands proficiency in APEX development, AURA, Lighting Web Component (LWC), and comprehensive Salesforce administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX, AURA, LWC, and other Salesforce Cloud technologies.
- Handle Salesforce administrative and development tasks.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Administer and configure Salesforce environments to meet project needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce projects.
- Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of necessary documentation like User Manuals, Technical Documentation, and Configuration Workbook.
- Provide technical and end user support, work on configuration, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Provide training to users as needed.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements leveraging new features.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience with successful project delivery in Salesforce
- Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic administrative and development functions such as but not limited to user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, data management, deployment management, etc.
- Proficiency in APEX, AURA, and LWC and Salesforce platform development.
- Proficiency or has experience in Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency or has experience with Integration/APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON strings, Postman, APIs).
- Demonstrated intermediate to high level of skill in relational database, object oriented programming, software development lifecycle, and algorithm analysis.
- Well versed in languages like Java, Javascript, C++, C#, CSS, HTML.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work.
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal.
