Sr. Consultant (Hybrid Salesforce Admin/Developer) 

Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)

Job Summary:

Exciting news – Thunder is expanding its horizons, and we are seeking a talented and versatile Salesforce Specialist who combines the skills of a Developer, Business Analyst, and Administrator, to join our newly formed, dynamic team in the Philippines. This hybrid role demands proficiency in APEX development, analytical business acumen, and comprehensive Salesforce administration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Salesforce implementations, with certifications in one or more Salesforce Cloud areas (Sales, Service, Marketing, Revenue/CPQ). If this is you, apply now and let's shape the future of our startup in the Philippines together!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Administer and configure Salesforce environments to meet project needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce projects.
  • Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements leveraging new features.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience with successful project delivery in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud and Revenue Cloud/CPQ.
  • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) and Salesforce Consultant Certifications in Cloud area of expertise strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in APEX and Salesforce platform development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work.
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal.
