About the Role

Home Solutions, a Three Ships company, seeks a Senior Strategy Analyst to join its fast-growing business. As a key member of a Paid Media P&L team, you’ll work closely with our Senior Leadership and other team members to grow the business by driving insights, leveraging data, and solving some of its most complex problems. The Sr. Strategy Analyst will follow through with tactical implementation and can drive a measurable impact in one of our largest business units with direct frequent exposure to the C-Suite - truly a one of a kind position. 

Your Day-to-Day

  • Drive business performance by solving complex problems via data and profitability analysis across our portfolio, then work with operators to implement these opportunities. 
  • Track daily performance trends and perform ad hoc analyses to identify issues, meaningful trends, and growth opportunities
  • Architect, build, and maintain P&L’s automated reporting, attribution, and dashboards across a variety of data sources.
  • Serve as liaison between tech team and Paid Media team, facilitating accurate back-end data and automation while tailoring the end product to the team’s needs
  • Manage complex data-driven processes and systems leveraged in ongoing Paid Media campaigns
  • Own net-new growth initiatives and special projects

About You

  • 2-3 years of experience in a quantitative and analytical role (i.e. performance marketing, statistics, or management consulting).
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytically oriented discipline (i.e. business, economics, statistics, math, etc.)
  • Comfort with measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of data.
  • Strong experience with analytical tools like Microsoft Excel, querying SQL databases, and data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau)
  • Ability to effectively summarize and present insights to senior leaders via written and verbal communication
