About the Role

Home Solutions is looking for a programmatic content producer interested in working on the cutting edge of content creation. This position will create scalable, data-driven content that gets published on thousands of pages per month with millions of page views!

Your Day-to-Day

  • Design and test complex sentence templates that will be read by hundreds of thousands of people each month.
  • Utilize robust datasets that embed into your writing to create a personalized experience for readers.
  • Contribute ideas to the development and expansion of a complex content engine that uses your sentence templates to create content at scale.
  • Utilize AI workflows to improve process efficiency. Iteratively test prompts to drive further enhancements.
  • Act as a primary resource for grammar best practices.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, English, Creative Writing, or similar.
  • A deep interest in language. You’re able to get a concept across in writing multiple ways.
  • A deep interest in linguistics and logic. You’re able to leverage conditional logic and variables within the content.
  • A deep interest in AI/LLM. You understand these are tools with limits, but love finding ways to get value from them.
  • Excellent understanding or intuition of the English language and grammar rules.
  • Driven to excel. You love taking on new challenges and surpassing expectations.
  • Agile and adaptable to changing and improving processes. You find doing things in an under-optimized way to be unbearable.
  • Stellar attention to detail. You can spot what’s incorrect and enjoy seeing your improvements take place.
  • Prefers to keep things organized and easy to understand.
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn AI and automation tools
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn digital marketing, SEO, and copywriting.
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn basic statistics or probabilities.
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn how to interpret basic programming concepts (no coding required, but this understanding can help you generate better sentences)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite/similar software.
