  • Coordinate technical product integrations with new site acquisition and partner’s development operations teams

  • Review website tech infrastructure and identify future-proof solutions for scalability
  • Engage with finance and business teams on technical diligence efforts with regards to M&A
  • Manage and scale a cross-functional FTE and contract (offshore) team of 6+ individual contributors: UXD, tech lead, 1 - 2 F/E developers, and quality assurance engineers
  • This role will report to the Chief Growth Officer

About our platform: Three Ships has a proven track record of building and scaling profitable digital-first businesses. We see a huge gap between the risk of launching a garage start-up and the boring routine of working in a large corporation to meet quarterly earnings targets. To address this gap, we designed Three Ships as a collection of independent companies whose management teams have literal and figurative ownership to chart the best course for their business. As a private company, we can focus on building long-term value for customers, employees, shareholders, and our communities without the distractions and drama that many large public or PE-owned businesses face.

Benefits: Base salary and performance-based bonus are commensurate with experience, including the opportunity for equity incentive as a member of the leadership team. You will have access to competitive benefits, including health; 401k; a monthly wellness stipend for house cleaning, gym membership, grocery delivery or massages; mobile reimbursement; and an office stocked with snacks, coffee and just about every other beverage you can imagine.

All applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other discriminatory factors. Please note that we do not provide immigration sponsorship for this role. All offers are subject to a background check.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor required by law to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We are also required to measure our progress toward having at least 7% of our workforce be individuals with disabilities. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had a disability. Because a person may become disabled at any time, we ask all of our employees to update their information at least every five years.

Identifying yourself as an individual with a disability is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer will be maintained confidentially and not be seen by selecting officials or anyone else involved in making personnel decisions. Completing the form will not negatively impact you in any way, regardless of whether you have self-identified in the past. For more information about this form or the equal employment obligations of federal contractors under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
