We’re excited to add a seasoned Director of Revenue Operations to drive strategy and operational excellence. This role will lead and build a team responsible for ensuring that GTM teams have the data, strategies, and process support to accomplish key business outcomes and maximize revenue growth. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data, and Finance to drive operational alignment. 

About the role

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue generation, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Foster alignment between the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout the customer journey, from lead generation to conversion and retention.

  • Evaluate existing processes across sales, marketing, and customer success functions to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. Implement best practices and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation and customer engagement. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics.

  • Design and implement sales incentive compensation plans that drive desired behaviors and business outcomes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans and make adjustments as necessary.

  • Lead the development of accurate revenue forecasts based on historical performance, market trends, and sales pipeline analysis. 

  • Create a roadmap aligned with business requirements to guide the evolution of the Sales Operations technology stack over short, medium, and long-term horizons.

  • Build and lead a high-performing revenue operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About you

  • 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field within a SaaS or technology company.

  • Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting, with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, and Looker).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of SaaS business models and revenue drivers.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing team.
