POSITION OVERVIEW

ThreatLocker’s Account Manager will drive retention and growth among our clientele. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify and understand business needs and provide viable solutions to our customer base. 

 

JOB SCOPE

ThreatLocker's Account Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Working with the Account Executive and internal team, interfacing with clients and partner agencies to ensure projects are on target with objectives, budget, and schedule. 
  •  Establishing and maintaining a direct relationship with the client and partner agencies through monthly or quarterly meetings. 
  • Creating client communications relating to purpose, rationale, needs, and due dates. 
  • Supporting in the pre-sales cycle in deployment of and securing agents and/or licenses purchased by clients. Leading communications efforts with Solution Engineers on reporting on secured licenses. 
  • Initiating and managing processes related to pricing, invoicing, and budgets, to obtain approvals. Supporting the team in developing new or renewal contracts, and relaying changes to appropriate stakeholders. 
  • Supporting Account Executive in developing strategic proposals. 
  • Partnering with Operations and Sales on managing the relationship, issues, and questions of clients/partners. 
  • Tracking client/partner metrics to understand their success, issues, and growth opportunities. 
  • Consulting with clientele on product updates and features, and training appropriately. 
  • Acting as an ambassador of ThreatLocker’s mission, brand, and product. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to manage and direct resources to aid client in achieving its marketing objectives, while managing a budget and timeline
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal; strong presentation skills and ability to identify root causes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence external/internal stakeholders
  • Passion for sales and learning new technology. 
  • Strong analytical skills and keen ability to problem solve
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented and self-starter

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
