Thoughtworks is looking for dynamic and results-driven Market Director for India/ME.
This role will be responsible to grow and achieve the sales (TCV) and revenue targets for the NON-BFSI Industry Vertical. The Non BFSI portfolio has Global capability centres, India Business houses, Scaleups and Gov/Public sector as focus.
This role focuses on delighting our clients (as demonstrated by improving NPS and Client Gross Margin) by bringing the best that Thoughtworks has to offer, and clearly articulating its business value in the context of their business and industry. Raise TW profile and the differentiated positioning of our services in the context of our client's business and industry.
Job responsibilities
- Set the tone and strategic direction for the industry vertical go-to-market (i.e., client strategy) and ensure execution of the sales strategy.
- Drive a high performing, proactive industry market team to achieve and exceed sales (TCV), revenue, and client gross margin goals.
- Raise TW profile in focus industries and articulate the value-add of TW services in the context of our clients’ business and industry.
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to the team and coordinate between sales, solutions, SLs and domain teams to bring the best of TW to our clients.
- Be a highly client facing (e.g., every day). Establish, grow and nurture long-term, value-based relationships with a growing number of senior client stakeholders.
- Be responsible for complex negotiations and a point of contact for escalation within the industry portfolio.
- Provide market feedback to Service Lines and Digital Engineering about offerings and services.
