The Role  

Influencer marketing campaigns are an integral part of the growth strategy for Keeps. We’re looking for a creative, data-driven marketer to help us scale our rapidly-growing influencer program, with an emphasis on YouTube influencers.

You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, driving forward relationships with influencers and agencies, as well as working cross-functionally across other Keeps teams. You will be responsible for campaign management, influencer research, outreach, data entry, and more! You will also have the opportunity to assist in influencer agency management, which includes influencer approvals, campaign set-up, and creative approval. 

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, capable of managing high volumes of communications between agencies, influencers, and internal stakeholders. This person will also be analytical, detail-oriented, creative, and ready to find new opportunities to scale our influencer marketing program. We look for teammates who are curious, kind, and proactive and who will challenge us at every turn — asking the tough questions and ensuring that the quality and personalization of our message is never, ever sacrificed.

Responsibilities  

  • Help manage Keeps influencer campaigns with focus on YouTube influencers.
  • Dive into our campaigns to uncover new opportunities and analyze influencer performance.
  • Assist with influencer outreach, campaign management, research, and reporting/data-entry.
  • Work closely with several agencies and partners to help approve influencers, creative, media plans, testing roadmaps.
  • Use an analytical approach to review results using different attribution models.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team and learn about growth marketing channels, testing strategy, brand, attribution, and so much more!

Qualifications  

  • 1+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally with experience managing influencers or partnerships.
  • A strong communicator. You'll be asked to identify and communicate the risks and opportunities for the channel and help manage the day-to-day relationship with the different media agencies, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ruthlessly analytical. You love to dig into performance data to uncover insights and are thoughtful about each lever you can pull to optimize campaigns and drive conversions at scale. 
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to drive meaningful results.
  • Incredible attention to detail and the ability to catch and prevent errors across different projects.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, unafraid to take on new challenges and comfortable wearing a variety of hats

Nice to have’s / Bonus Points 

  • Experience working with influencers and performing influencer outreach.
  • Have worked previously in an e-commerce or D2C company.
