We are looking for Producer to join our studio in Singapore
Are you a skilled producer with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget? Are you passionate about coordinating resources and maintaining strong client relationships? If so, we want you to join our team as a Producer.
Requirements:
- Resource Coordination: Experience in coordinating both internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Project Analysis: Excellent ability to analyse project status and, if necessary, adjust scope, schedule, or budget to meet project requirements.
- Client Relations: Capable of establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant client stakeholders, serving as the day-to-day contact for project status and changes.
- Experience: More than 5 years of project coordination experience.
- Web Technologies: Background in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
- Deadline and Budget: Strong attention to meeting project deadlines and adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Management Skills: Proven success in working with all levels of management.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Certification: Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Internal Platforms: Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.
- Coaching: Experience in coaching project team members to enhance their abilities and skill sets.
Compensation:
- $70,000 - $99,000 per annum (ThinkPlace has a structured progression program tied to individual performance).
- ThinkPlace offers 21 days annual leave per year. Evening or weekend work will occasionally be required.
