We are looking for a Principal to join our studio in Singapore
Are you an innovative design leader with a passion for driving digital transformation and fostering disruptive thinking? Are you ready to shape the future of design, strategy, and user experience in the public sector? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Principal - Innovation & Digital Design.
Requirements:
- Outstanding Track Record: +10 years of proven leadership experience in design, particularly in UI/UX, Innovation, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies.
- Project Management: Ability to identify and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives.
- UI/UX Expertise: Proficiency in UI/UX and workshop facilitation.
- Methodology Familiarity: Knowledge of strategic thinking, design sprints, and agile methodologies.
- Project Coaching: Experience in project coaching to nurture talent and enhance performance.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities to communicate innovative ideas effectively.
- Affinity for Growth: A passion for working with growth and disruptive businesses.
- Collaboration: Proven experience leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proposal Preparation: Ability to effectively prepare business proposals and presentations.
- Public Sector: Government and public sector experience is essential.
- Business Development: Demonstrated track record in business development or client management (C3Client).
- Project Management: Proven experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects.
- Team Leadership: Experience leading and inspiring teams.
- Digital Transformation: Prior experience in digital transformation-related projects.
- Must be a Singaporean or PR
Nice to Have:
- Consultancy Experience: Worked in consultancy firms, such as Management or Strategy consulting.
- Innovation Background: Previous involvement in innovation labs, co-labs, or strategic consulting projects.
- Training Experience: Conducted training sessions in innovation and digital transformation.
- Multicultural Teams: Experience working with multicultural teams.
Compensation:
- $126,240 - $132,240 per annum (ThinkPlace has a structured progression program tied to individual performance).
- ThinkPlace offers 21 days annual leave per year. Evening or weekend work will occasionally be required.
