We are looking for a Strategic Designer to join our studio in Singapore

Are you a strategic designer with a passion for human-centred design, behavioural insights, and research-driven innovation? Do you excel in creating empathy tools and rapidly prototyping solutions to address customer needs and aspirations? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Strategic Designer with expertise in HCD, Behavioural Insights, Research, and Rapid Prototyping.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in design, business, psychology, strategy, marketing, or another relevant field.
  • Research Expertise: Experience in strategy and qualitative research, including ethnographic research and contextual design investigations to understand customer behaviours, pain points, needs, and aspirations.
  • Insight Generation: Excellent abilities in generating valuable insights.
  • Empathy Tools: A track record of designing empathy tools, such as Personas, journey maps, and blueprints.
  • Design Thinking: Effective use of divergent design thinking techniques for the conceptual development of products, services, and/or physical connected form-factors.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Singaporeans or PRs

 

Nice to Have:

  • Public Sector Experience: Experience working with the public sector.

 

 

Compensation:

  • $49,200 - $63,600 per annum (ThinkPlace has a structured progression program tied to individual performance).
  • ThinkPlace offers 21 days annual leave per year. Evening or weekend work will occasionally be required.
