We are seeking a Trading Platform Administrator to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Sofia. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for the financial markets who is highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills. A strong candidate will possess the aptitude to work under their own initiative and deliver only the very best service. You will need to be articulate, confident, and display a clear level of business acumen to deal with client issues effectively and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for operational and system issues, logging and escalating issues with relevant teams across global business units
  • Oversee clients’ technical issues related to the platform usage
  • Manage trade/price disputes and liaise with the LPs where needed
  • Continually review and analyze the Client Journey and suggest improvements to provide a First-Class Service to Institutional and Retail clients 
  • Assess and analyze customer-related statistics and data, review patterns, and trends
  • Add new markets to product offering (i.e. Shares, FX futures, Index futures etc.)
  • Maintain website market information and update with new and existing instruments
  • Plan and conduct training on systems and procedures to maintain highest quality standards
  • Manage MT4/MT5/ThinkTrader/TradeConnect Administration
  • Supervise FIX API client journey, including account set-up, liaising with all stakeholders, etc.
  • Guide PAMM/MAM software administration, test new providers, etc.
  • Conduct tests on systems, bug-finding, documenting issues, and full UAT analysis
  • Provide weekly & monthly MI reports and presentations
  • Handle the EMIR, ASIC and Trade reconciliation reports
  • Manage project priorities and provide regular progress updates on project status

Responsibilities:

  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of Economics and Finance
  • 3-5 years of hands on experience with trading platforms preferably MT4 and or MT5 within Finance or Capital Markets is a plus
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
  • Extensive Excel knowledge and abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the company and with customers in a professional manner maintaining effective communication
  • Knowledge of MySQL, VBA is plus
  • Experience in MT4/5 is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure efficiently
  • Demonstrable project implementation experience, working as part of a wider team of technology specialists
  • Willingness to work on a flexible time schedule
