We are seeking Telesales Representatives to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Vietnam. A strong candidate for this role will have prior experience within the finance industry and proven success in meeting KPIs and goals in a Sales position. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Engage, contact, build, and maintain successful client relationships and invite customers to use company products  
  • Find new customers and guide them through the account creation processmanage relationships with existing customers, and assist clients in managing individual portfolios  
  • Anticipate customers' needsmeet, support, negotiate, and advise on the most successful services and products for customers in their current situation  
  • Generate reports and projects for leadership  
  • Attend client meetings, seminars and trade shows 
  • Manage all client communication via phone, email, live-chat, and social media  
  • Provide clients with tailored solutions to their enquiries as well as provide exceptional service to promote interest in the trading markets 
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPI targets 
  • Identify sales opportunities by contacting leads via phone and email  

Requirements: 

  • College degree is required  
  • English fluency in writing and speaking is required  
  • Priority is given to those who have telesales experience in insurance, real estate, finance, foreign exchange, or securities 
  • Know basic fundamental and technical analysis in the financial industry; knowledge of forex is a key advantage  
  • Passionate about business, active, eager to learn, adaptable, and collaborative  
  • Proven experience in finance sales/retentions role (preferably in a similar role within FX/CFD/Trading) wherein targets/KPIs at Account Manager capacity were exceeded
