We are seeking an experienced Treasury Lead to join our rapidly growing workforce in London. We’re looking for an analytical, data driven individual to join our Finance team. Candidates should have prior banking relationship management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our payments operational infrastructure, including our payments onboarding operations, gateway, and processing partnerships
  • Establish merchant relationships to extend our product lines for our customers
  • Partnering with the product, operations, and cross functional teams in support of new products and financing alternatives
  • Conduct complex data analysis and research that results in compelling recommendations for our teams and product leaders
  • Conduct deep dive analysis addressing key business questions and presenting them to stakeholders
  • Maintain vendor relationship with credit card providers
  • Preparation of daily cash reports and matrix benchmarks for bank and merchant accounts
  • Processing of client transactions (deposit and withdrawal) on banking, trading, and merchant platform
  • A good understanding of accounting procedures required

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Treasury, Banking, or related financial services field
  • Bachelor's degree in, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
  • Prior banking relationship management experience with a strong working knowledge of bank products and services
  • Strong business acumen and experience managing payment systems including wallets, credit cards, gateways, and providers
  • International payments experience preferred
  • Experience with card networks and payment brand rules and regulations, interchange, and value-added services is a must
  • Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
  • SAP experience is preferred
