What You'll Do:
Listen, ask smart questions and determine if we can help the prospect
Ask tough questions that pull out the prospects pains and initiatives
Map your agenda, talk track and solution overview (demo) specifically to the identified initiative
Navigate the sales process and prospect opportunity to only being solved by Fuze
Plan and execute proofs of concept that lock down a technical win
Master the technology, industry, and competition
Ability to travel, do whatever it takes to win, and seek feedback and development to continuously
Earn merit based promotions and bonuses as part of a highly competitive compensation plan
Help source and on-board new partners. Enabling them on how to sell Fuze, and enabling the Partner Sales Engineers to demonstrate the Fuze Solution.
What You Have:
Self-motivation, technical curiosity and an internal drive for success
A sound knowledge of a wide variety of technology as a Sales Engineer (SE), Solution Architect (SA), Systems Engineer (SE) or Solutions Consultant (SC)
A high level of comfort in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
5+ years total relevant enterprise SA/SE/SC experience in channel, or direct sales
Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, and RFPs
An organized, analytical and professional approach and to be able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive tactics
